POD/POA

i've asked this before but am still confused.
PDN 2021's TN (on which 2021 is key 0) has CLS POD.
PDN 2997's TN (on which 2021 is an APPEARANCE) has CLS POA.
If user of 2021 is on a call and I am at x2997 I can press x2021 and listen in on their call. So PDN 2021 being POD does NOT prevent another appearance of 2021 to "jump" in on the call?

The person with POA as there CLS can tap in to any SCN or SCR DN that appears on their phone.

so if PDN 2021 is sitting at his desk (2021) and notices his ext is in use (by the person on PDN 2997) he CAN'T tap in because 2021's TN is POD, correct?
