Pocket PC SQL deployment + SQL + NETCF

Hi all, I have created a pocket pc application and have it ready for deployment. I created the cab file, but it uses a sql db. I have included that also in the Cab file. My question is how do I get the netCF and sql mobile to be packaged with it so that it can be installed right along side my application. Visual Studio some how does this when you are debugging, why not when you are packaging ?
I am really looking for a link to MSDN or something here. The only link I can find is this one.
