Pocket PC 2002 application

Hi,
Im starting a project in embedded visual c++, my problem is that when i go to start a new project "WCE Pocket PC 2002 Application" is not an option. Can i write an application for a PDA running pocket pc 2002 with a normal "WCE application" project? Also Pocket PC is not an option in the Platform manager.

I have installed embedded visual c++ SP4 and the pocket PC 2002 SDK.

Could anyone tell me what i might be missing that will add these pocket pc options.
