Pocket Outlook Calendar Memory errors

I have been using my NEC MobilePro 300 since January 2003. I synch only the calendar, Notes and Contacts folders from my desktop (Outlook XP). Recently, I have been getting low memory errors on my MobilePro. After NEC sent me a new PDA the problem continued. I have isolated the problem to the Pocket Outlook calendar: If I do a hard reset and do not synch the calendar, the PDA has no problems. But, as soon as I synch the calendar, memory problems cause the PDA to lock up. Can anyone suggest a plan of action to fix this problem?
