POA lockups

Have a site where everybody has everbody's appearance and they all have POA. so instead of conferencing doing an internal conf call they just holler over the wall and tell someone to pick up their line to listen in on the call. About 50% of the time this locks up the phone that is the prome for the DN and we have to dial in and DISU and ENLU the phone to get it back online. Doesn't work to have them unplug, has to be software. Any ideas?

I'd check the NEDC and FEDC of the Trunk Routes. Try setting them both to ETH
