POA & MTA Hour behind Server Time

We are running Groupwise 5.5 on a Netware 5.0 server and for some reason the MTA and POA have started running 1 hour behind the server time. This has just happened and we're not sure why or how to sync them back.
Any Ideas?

try just having the server set for day light savings. Let it remember not Groupwise.

but I've tried mungoblack's tip which I found on this site,
change 'End of daylight savings >=23 October' to 'October Sunday Last', and it worked.
Ta Anyway.
