I want to know how could I populate po_requisitions_interface_all to create manually PO´s?

I have a 3rd party Software that we are using to calculate mim-max planning, and after this calculate I want to load the PO into Oracle DB.

We have Oracle Apps 10.7.3 and Oracle DB 8i.

is 10.7 still supported?

if you're saying po_requisitions_interface_all is a table to which you would like to directly insert rows (bypassing the client) then there are any number of ways to do that (sqlldr, PERL, etc.). whether you should is another matter...
