PO will not print

Hi,

I have a client who has PO's that will not print. Not only old, but added as recently as today. They cannot receive material to the PO. If they 'DELETE' the PO and reenter then all is OK. Sounds to me like an index/db corruption.

Anybody heard of this?

If you're reasonably confident of your troubleshooting, there are some rebuild choices on the repair tab under library master that might be helpful to you.

I can't be of more specific help to you because a) i don't personally use the PO module and b) we use repair options under direction of our VAR.
Since you didn't have any other replies, thought this might give you a "next spot to look".

We will give it a shot if the problem doesn't go away. I am familiar with the the system and will back up the entire folder to another directory on the server.
