Is there a limit on the number of POs Macola can display for an item? We have an item with over 500 POs in our system. When we attempt to view the POs by item the screen seems to loop once it hits the 499th PO.

We are running Macola Progression 103f with Pervasive 2000i

You should get a double arrows box to show on the right side. It should allow you to go to a "second" page for the next group of PO's.

Kevin,
This is where the looping occurs. I hit the 499th PO and it will just keep displaying the same PO on the page. I know there are many more POs for the item beyond the 499.

We are thinking maybe Macola has some type of limit or bug on the amount of PO history it can display.

What version of Macola? Full version including service pack. Example: 7.6.100a.

When you say it loops after you hit the double down arrows, what exactly are you seeing? How long does this take? Do you have to perform an end-task?

The PO view by item holds at the 499th PO. Down arrow will not display the remaining POs. The 499th po will remain at the top of the list each time the screen returns after clicking the page down arrow.

I know there are more POs. I ran a Crystal Report to confirm they exist.

I can exit the screen and Macola without issue.

This sounds like a bug to me. I tested this on 76300c without problems. I would update. Is there some reason you are on such an old version?

I figured this was the case.

We plan to upgrade later this year.

Thanks for your help.
