PO Transaction

Hi.

I was entering PO, after posting that PO when i go and check the PO the amount is showing zero.

for example PO0001 unit price $2 quanity is 10 so total is $20 when i posted that PO and again i check it shows 0

so i unable to receipt entry also when i do receipt entry when i called that PO0001 the detail line never appear in the receipt entry .

Any idea why is it so?
Sage Accpac 5.5A 100Version including SP.

When you look at the PO again does it show a last receipt number?

Yes indeed Excatly it shows the last receipt no:RCP00006.

So after entering your purchase order someone is receiving it right away. That will reduce your quantities on the PO.

Okay. When i take a PO Transaction Listing those PO's amount are showing zero. is it so?

Right - the report will be showing you outstanding quantities and dollars. Since your purchase order has been fully received there is nothing outstanding.
