PO return

i have return some item in my PO i ve posted the transaction but it is not showing anywhere on my reports (stock transaction report )& physical inventory quantities

Are you sure you're looking at the right item number?

but My physical inventory quantities show the same quantities even if i changed the fiscal period is that correct i think my concern should resolve if i get an answer to this

What exactly are you looking at to determine if the inventory quantity changed?

in January the quantity on hand in physical inventory is 401 it was corrected to 161 but is still shows 401 while stock status report shows 161

Inventory Sheet generated by accpac gives 401 but query gives 161 for the same period.

let bring the issue like this.
31 January i had 40 crates of coke
February Ive added 15 crates

now in march my physical inventory display 55 that is perfect

question ? do you think if i change my fiscal period to January 31
and generate my physical inventory it should display 40 crates or 55 crates

Accpac is a continuous inventory system. You can't "generate a physical inventory" today for the end of January, it's too late.
