PO Requisition : "Error Code : -2147417828 Automation Error. The object invoked has disconnecte 1

Hi All,
I am getting the above error message when I select a completed requisition number on Requisition Entry screen.
The error message is not displayed for requisitions where the complete status in No.
Any Idea ?

Accpac 6.0A PU2
SQL Server 2008 R2

PT Audit Logger
Norming Asset Management
Purchasing Workflow installed on the server but not active in that company.

No customization.

I suspected Purchasing Workflow is causing the problem. Run RVSPY to get details.

Issue fixed after disabling Audit Logger on PO module.
