PO RECEIPT ERROR

I have the following error whe I try to receipt in Accpac PO Receipt Entry.
Error Code:-2147467259
Automation Error
Unspecified Error.
The error occurs when I select the PO to be loaded onto the screen so that I can receive it.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Does this happen with only one PO or all POs?
Does this happen on one workstation or all workstations?
Have you run a data integrity check on PO?

Which version and service pack of PO?
Which database?

I have PO 54A on service pack 1 running on an oracle database. The error is occuring on all workstaions because we run on workstation setup and its on all PO's.I have run the intergrity and PO doesn't have any errors.

First install SP2 for PO.

I have installed SP2 still the problem didn't go away so I decided to repair the system manager and that when I noticed this message.

Error 1706 no valid source could be found for product Sage Accpac System Manager 5.4A.The windows installer cannot continue.

Could this be part of my problem?

Maybe, but that's an unusual error message, I've never seen it before. Maybe you're not repairing from the same PC where you installed.

Actually am running it on the server where the installation was done.I've never also never seen it before so thats why its baffling.
Anyone with an idea of what wrong please help.

Google "Error 1706 no valid source" and you get many hits, basically the Windows installer cannot read from the install CD.
