All our past PO's from this veiw have dissappeared for certain vendors and for other some are goine and others are still there..., when I run a PO history report they are all there.... any ideas from anyone would be greatly appreciated... this problem just started, it did seem to start after the bookeeper did the end of month process...this process included the PO module....

When you say "past POs" is that including purchase orders that were open and not yet received or are you speaking of closed or cancelled orders?
