PO Import, Ordered By field

Hello all,

I an import that works correctly, except I can't get the Ordered By field to show up. In an old PO import job (done by a previous programmer), he has a #ORDERED_BY in his list of selected fields, but it is not in the list of available fields. I'm using MAS 90 version 4.10. Thanks for any help.

There is no field called Ordered_By in the purchase order header so I suspect it was a UDF or the result of custom programming. You will need to find out which it was.

Hi. In PO1, is there not a UserID field? I use that field as the Ordered by. I don't think it's a UDF, but it could be I suppose.

OK there is a UserID field in there and it is on the VI data dictionary. Listed right before the TaxSchedule.
