I need help for following issues
We are using Encumbrance management to track budget. We have created budget tree in Analytical Accounting and mapped it to Encumbrance management. We are also using Purchase Order Approval along with it
1) When we create PO it asks us to encumber it. After encumbering it when we print it automatically change its status to "PreEncumber".
2) It is asking to encumber the PO even if it is not exceed budget.
