PO Audit Headers - Record already exists

Hi,
I'm running Accpac 5.5 latest service packs.
When trying to post, delete or receipt a PO I get the following error message:
"Purchase Order Audit Headers.Record already exists.
Day End Processing could not process all transactions."

I tried going into PO setup and increase the PO number manually but the error still exists.
Any help much appreciated.

Run RVSPY, analyze recent records in POPORAH.

In POPORAH I noticed the last day end number in column DAYENDSEQ is 103,046 but in PO Options > Documents it's only 103,026.

When deleting the entries larger than 103,026 from POPORAH I can post my PO's again. Can I simply delete these entries/
Or can I increase the day end number in PO Options?
Should the day end number in POPORAH equal the number in PO Options?
We don't run day end. Items are costed during posting.

1. Costing during posting is a bad idea, that's what screwed up that table.
2. I've never known anyone to look at the PO audit table, so you haven't lost much. But maybe increasing PO options is a better idea.

Thanks for your help.

1. Our Accpac solution partner suggested to enable costing during posting, so might have a word with them.
2.Changing the day end number in table ICOPT seems to have done the trick. Hope this doesn't cause more harm.
3. It might just be a coincidence but the error started today after a user enabled fractional quantities in IC.

2. It won't, but you may have to do it again in the future.
3. Could be coincidence, but I would never let my clients use costing during posting, so I don't have real world experience.
