PO approval

Once an approved PO is modified, the PO becomes unapproved. Then someone else approves your PO.
Now is there a table that shows the user id who approved it in the begining?
I know the table that shows the user who approve it at the end, but not at the begining.
Using GP 7.5.

I believe it only tracks the last approval user, not historic
