PO 5.6 Upgrade error

Hi,
I'm upgrading from Accpac 5.5 to 5.6. on MS SQL 2005.
As per the upgrade instructions I ran the unisales delete macro prior to the upgrade.
The macro deleted 3 keys.

I then upgraded to 5.6 but when trying to activate PO 5.6 I get the error message below:

Internal Error: POUPGD. VerifyKeysToBeAdded. Cannot add key 5 for table ICHIST becasue 5 keys are expected but 4 exists in the table. (3749 POUPGD1.C)

I re-created that index manualy but the error message does not change. I now have 5.6 activated except for PO.

Anyone know how to fix this please?

Database Dump another company that has the identical modules activated (without Unidevco), then use that DCT to Dbload your company.

Thanks for your reply tuba.
I tried that already.
Issue is that the only module not on 5.6 is PO.

So I created a new company and activated all the modules I need in 5.6.
When I try activating PO 5.5 I get an error message regarding PO options.
I do not use I/C so my items are set up within PO.
If I could find a way to activate PO 5.5 and then copy it to my live company as you explained I'll be ok.
I could then activate PO 5.6 in my live company.

I believe the reason I get this error re PO options when trying to activate PO 5.5 is that system manager and optional fields are already in 5.6.

How can I make this work?

Start with a 5.5 system manager and all 5.5 modules.
