pnsvc.exe Help Please

Hi
This services pnsvc.exe(program neighborhood service) seems to stop all by itself more often then I would like it to. I am wondering if anyone knows of an Issue with this service.
I am running MetaFrame 1.8 for Win2000 and service pack 2 is installed for Metaframe. Service Pack 3 Windows 2000 server is installed.I keep checking the event log for a clue but nothing shows up.
