PNG or BMP to PCL

I am editing a PCL file which has some text contents, it needs to have a PNG image embedded along with it's text content.

What are my options to convert in Delphi.

I have referred to Embedding graphics in a PCL document thread

and do see commerical programs but at this moment of time i won't be able to consider it.
