PNG Background Images

Can anyone help me creating png files so I can create custome background images for 7900 phones?
What software is advisable. CAn the same idea be used for the IP Comm?

Any graphics editor that can save .PNG files can be used. I use Microsoft Office Photo Editor. Simple to use. You can do the same background images for the IP Communicator.

I like the resize power toy for XP. a simple right click on the pic and you have an option to rezise. get the plugin her --->
