PNAgent - Resource Unavailable

I just created my first Program Neighborhood Agent on our PS4 Web Interface server. I installed ICA32A.exe onto my workstation. When I try to connect, I get my logon prompt but after it gives me the error:

Citrix Client Application Refresh Error
ResourceUnavailable

Anyone have any ideas?

solved my own issue. seems i had port 80 (the default i think) in the Farm XML port. simply went into Access Suite Console | Suite Components | Configuration Tools | Web Interface | PNAgent site | Manage Server Farms (in the middle frame) and edited the XML port to be 8080. works fine!
