pnagent login problem

Hi,

I have a pnagent query. We have the web interface running on one of our Citrix servers. When you install the pnagent and login with a normal user account it prompts for what looks like a web based login box (assumingly coming from IIS on the citrix server). If I log on with my domain account it works fine. Any ideas as to what the problem is? What are the required IIS and/or server permissions for users connecting via pnagent,

Yes I think it is an IIS login. You will nedd to give TS users read and execute I think.
