PN Passthrough Error

I'm trying to use PN as a published app for ica passthrough to another metaframe system across the internet. Works fine if I log in as an admin, but regular users get this error message when trying to connect to my published app: &quot;The <published app name> entry is missing from the c:\wtsrv\profiles\<username>\application data\icaclient\appsrv.ini file Connection is aborted&quot;

I'm assuming this may be a rights issue, but don't know why user wouldn't have change rights to their profile directory.

Running NT4.0 sp6a with Citrix 1.8.
