PN Agent Passthru not working when asked to change password in 2k Dom

The PN Agent version 6.31.1051 using "Passthru Authentication" to log the users into the farm, doesn't work when a user changes their password when logging on to a 2000 Pro PC. In order for them to see their applications, they need to log off and then back in with the new password.

Any ideas?
