PMVS R5 forwarding messages

Partner Mail VS R5. User gets message, forwards, records header, PMVS says it is scheduled. The user the call is forwarded to see the MWL, checks messages, says there are messages, presses 2, then 0 to listen.

They dont hear the mesage, when they press0, it just says, press0 to listen, and then repeats when you press 0.

Is the HD failing or is there a different issue? I did a reset save all in the voicemail, user will let me know wether that works or not.

What if you press *3 when you hear press 0 the second time? Sometimes it will record itself.
 
No, it's intermittent.

After the reset, they made some tests, a few worked, a few did not.
