I recently went to a customers site to swap a PMVS R.5 that was cooked with an PMVS R.5 from another loctaion the company had. The outcalling worked fine on the old PMVS, it grabbed a line, called the programmed number anf left the PMVS message. Now when I installed the new PMVS it DOES grab a line it DIALS out, it CONNECTS with the call then just says "goodbye" and hangs up, the VM does not leave a message or does not notify of a message, it just makes the call and hangs up. The notification is set to phone. The time is from 12:00 am to 11:59pm. No programming was changed on the ACS. Any solutions would be great. Thanks
