PMVS 5.0 select codes and mailboxes 1

Is there a way for the VM to distinguish between select code 2 and extension 20 while the caller is selecting whether they want "sales" push (2) or john smiths extension at 20??? Also, is it "hunt groups" or "call groups" that assign 5 extensions to ring simultaneously when the caller selects 2 for sales. Thanks for the help!

No, you must set selector codes that match the 1st digit of your extension ranges to "Direct Extension Transfer" to be able to directly dial extension numbers, and you should reserve some room for growth. So you really should start at 8 and work down.

Use Calling Groups to ring extensions simultaneously.
