HELLO,
I have installed sv9100 in hotel, intigration with PMS. All hotel features & CDR working ok but there is one problem that when i call from admin no.(5566) to guest no.(7101), if call is no reply then divert to voicemail group no., At that time, in pms caller no 5566 is shown but callee no. 7101 is not shown. pms person says that he requiered dtmf signal. how ?
help.

If the PMS ports are connected to SLT ports, then the PMS ports in 15-03-01 must be set to DP, just like a VM. DP allows DTMF tones to pass through.

Are you using NEC's LUA PMS application?

With version 5.00.51 or higher SV9100 software, the Lua PMS application can be installed to provide PMS vendor to SV9100 integration using an IP interface. The Lua PMS application is loaded onto the SV9100 GCD-CP10 using the Lua Application Manager. The Lua PMS application supports integration to the SV9100 and UM8000 Mail. Licenses are required.
