I made a PMS state command and the system gives PMS Link Down. I enable it but still saying link dowm. I disable and enable but still the same. but despite the call records can still be captured by the customer's PMS . So what link is this ? what command should one use to put the restore Mitel-PMS port 1752 link back UP

1752 is not a PMS connection, it is the SMDR log - see chart below.

[pre]Logs Output Socket Number

Software Logs 1750
Maintenance Logs 1751
SMDR 1752
Hotel Logs 1753
LPR1 (printer port) 1754
ACD Real Time Event 15373[/pre]

[pre]PMS Connections Socket Number

hotel/motel management connection 15374
Embedded Voicemail Connection 6830[/pre]

For the purpose of the maintenance command you are using, it is checking the Hotel Motel Connection port 15374
