PMS on SX200 EL LW19

Happy New Year all,

I programmed a SX200 EL LW19 for pms following technicians handbook.

Installer of Opera system says that he cannot set or unset DND and MSG Wait lamps.

This system has Mitel Express Messenger and lamps are lit when
I leave a message and unlit once msg is read.

Check-in and check-out works.

Name changes works.

Is there anything that can be missing.

I am told that there is a PMS option for the express messenger that is needed.

Any help is welcome.

PMS integration to the SX200 and the Express Messenger are 2 different options. The integration to the sx200 will enable or disable the phone upon check-in/check-out, the integration with Express Messenger will enable/disable the voicemail box at the same time.

Why would Opera ever be sending a DND or a MWL? The console can do this on the sx200.

you have to enable alarm call in the pms cos to get msg waiting light
