PMS on option 11

recently we changed the ssc card on option 11, we used port 2 as BGD , CHECK IN and CHECK OUT work ok.
the problem is :the Name still appear despite the room status is Vacant.

Assuming that you might have Meridian Mail, please check out the hospitality section. I'd probably reboot the Mail as a precaution.
