PMS LINK UP PROTOCAL DOWN

The site is a S1 Devinity connected to an RDP PMS server that until 3 months a go was working fine. Nothing has changed in the PBX but possibly a upgrade on the PMS from customers vendor. Status shows link up protocol down and running test PMS passes. For testing we made the PMS port a CDR port and received raw date. The main issue is the maid status codes do not work due to the PMS issue. Does anyone have any ideas on the protocol issue and how we can prove to PMS vendor that this is not our issue?

Possibly review the integration documentation! PMS is usually very finnicky. "change system hospitality" and you'll see a gaggle of settings that need to be just right for the PMS in question. The PMS box/vendor should have logs about what's up, what's failing in the handshaking of that link, etc.
