I have a customer who is saying the rooms are not updating properly and that there is a pbx problem. I checked the MSGO and MSGI messages in ld 37, I am only seeing things spitting out for the outgoing messages. This is a HMS 400 hospitality callpilot. Do I have a pbx problem or is this a pms problem as it usually always is?
