PMS integration

Does anybody know if there is any programming steps involved in setting up a property management system link via ip. Ive manged to get smdr over ip working but cannot seem to get the pms output via a telnet session through socket 15374.

HI

In the Hotel Options Assisgnment for have you done the following:

Changed "Property Management System Installed" to Yes

Changed "PMS Connectivity" to Network

yes i have done those in hotel options assignment but still cant get any pms data out

if it's not working i'dd point my finger at the pms company
which one is it if I may ask?

Is this a new install for the switich? If so make sure the extensions you are making changes for have the guest options enabled in the COS.

Got it working!!

Just need to type in "htl init pms" via telnet and it started working
