PMS Detail Reporting in Aloha QSR

I need to setup my menu so I can run a detail PMX breakdown of all food by catagory. IE, all burgers, all salads, etc.

I also need this to total to my weekly sales summary so I only see FOOD, BEVERAGES, etc.

How do I set it up so my menu catagories total into my sales catagories?

you need to setup non-sales categories for each specific category in which you want detail reports and put those items in each. ie non sales categories for burgers (put in all burgers)salads(put in all salads)soda(put in all soda)
etc......
Refresh.

Then create a new pmix report for your non sales categories.
