PM PDF Output

Thanks for all the tips.

I'm close to getting a quality output. Two problems left that I can't figure out.

1) When I go to print to my virtual PS printer the PDF output shows up as only the top left quarter.

2) The output is grey scale

Any help much appreciated

I was "pasting" not "placing
