Phone manager user, has full rights to the My Docs directory but when in agent mode it doesnt save the group selections when closing and restarting

Seriously, get it off 3.0(xx). It was crap. I'm being 100% completely serious about this.

3.0(59) is your system software. What version Phone Manager are you using (from Help/About)? What OS? Again, get it off 3.0(xx) Phone Manager if you're still using it.

Is it just one user that this is affecting? Or just one PC (no matter which IPO user you use)?

Avaya (UK at least) have the policy of supporting the current and last version of software ie current is 3.2 and previous is 3.1. They will not support, not make any bug fixes (and there were thousands upon thousands in 3.0) to any previous versions.

3.1 was pretty stable and 3.2 appears to be too.

What you're describing happens when you try to login with no password. You're viewing the config in a read-only mode. Thats what it sounds like to me.
