PM MW Light Sta-10 won't go out

Can't seem to get ext-10 MW light to go out. It will light when a message is saved and I can turn it off manually but it will not turn off automatically. It use to. Deleted the MB then created it again, same thing. All other stations are working just fine when messages are saved and then deleted.

I hav ea PM04 with all 4 port in service on ext-38,39,40,41.

What type voicemail? Sounds like a message in the general mailbox. If its a Partner Messaging try mailbox 9991, its the default setting for the night greeting for the zero time out action.

in the night mode
change the zero out/time out action to go where you want it to.

day zero /time out action is changable also, check it, send it to where you want it to go.

should also be able to set the 9991 mb to send the message to mb 10 instead of keep it there.
