[PM 6.5.] Font problems when opening PM-files

Hello,

thanks for your answers so far. This time a slightly different question: when we are opening PM-files made on one PC on another one, most of the font styles (bold/italic, character width, spacing etc.) are changed chaotically.

We can get the original style (which was made on the first PC), if we click on a text block (or change it in any way). Then, the font style and the spacing are changing and everything IS ok.

What could be the reason for this?

Do both computers have the same 'compose to' printer setting in the document set-up? If not, this could explain the reflow of text you are getting when opening a file on another computer, as each printer has different specifications as to how to handle text.
