Plus sign after decimal???

Every time I type a currency value in excel I get a plus sign after I type the decimal point. Is there some way I can get this off? Thanking your kindly.

A currency value?

No need to enter the currency symbol if your range is formatted as currency.

FYI, numeric values are just values in Excel. They can be FORMATTED to DISPLAY a number of different ways.
