plug-in for type specs

I've seen plug-ins for AI that automatically generate things like name/time/date slugs within the live area of the actual graphic (or, minimally, on a printout of the graphic).

Do any similar plug-ins exist that generate descriptive text of the type specs -- typeface, weight, size, leading, etc. -- within a file or printouts of a file?
