Plug-in development in WebSphere

Hi all,
I am trying to develop a plug in for WSAD.I want the plug in to be another perspective in WSAD.I have created a plug in with the plug in wizard using the Plug-in with perspective extensions. But when i run the plug in project, no perspective comes up. I am stuck ..Pls help ....
