Plug & Play CD-Rom on Mac + PC with Flash MX

Hi All:

How does one create a Flash MX movie that plays on both mac + pc with plug and play cd-rom?
Is it even possible on both platforms?
I'm on a Mac OS 9.2.

1. I published a FMX movie, which generated a 2 projectors -- one mac (projector) and other pc (exe)

2. next I tried creating Autorun.inf (using note pad) with the text ...
[Autorun]
OPEN=nf_cat.exe

3. I burned both projectors + Autorun.inf using Toast 5 Titanium.

4. does not auton on PC and MAC.

I know from past experience that in using only a pc platform, that this will be a no brainer + one can also include ICON=logo.ico.

But this 2 platform concept is a problem.

Any suggestions.

Hi All:

I've actually figured it out.

1. publish projector (mac os 9.2)

2. in Roxio Toast 5 Titanium, create partition (mac and ISO 9660 [for pc]) for files autorun.inf (for pc to activate movie.exe), movie projector (mac), movie.exe (pc) and any other files the movie needs (eg, pdf).

3. place above files when prompted in mac and iso partitions within roxio.

4. burn cd-rom

note: autorun.inf needs to be created on pc and imported to mac since mac notepad is quite sensitive when creating these files (eg, carriage return problems on cross-platform issues).

Also, my autoplay cd-rom seems to only work in win2000, xp and os9.2 -- for some reason it cannot work in win98 (haven't tried win me nor os x).

Please let me know if there is a better solution to this cross-browser issue .
