Is it possible to dial into a vm, call pilot with outside access, and do an F71. LEC says over 12000 minutes done on lines 1 and 2 in s single day. Cannot figure out how they did it without f71. Only 7 lines on system. 10080 minutes avail per day. How do you do 12000+ on two lines?

If you're saying 12000 minutes of unauthorized LD used, then you have a voice mail box(es) that has been hacked and the dial "7" option is being used. This is caused using by weak easily guessed passwords.
