Pls help with POP3 server under Windows2003

I have a windows 2003 server and i want to install Mail Server ( from windows 2003), I did all tht can be done:

but i cant log to the computer: i thougt it is the outlook but i have used telnet:
EX:
telnet localhost 110
+OK Microsoft Windows POP3 Service Version 1.0 <29988562@byty> ready.
user qwe
+OK
pass qwe
-ERR Logon Failure

The user and password are god
I also dizabled the firewall but nothing

Is qwe a local user to the server or a domain user? If it's a domain user try <domain name>\qwe.

or try logging on as an email address... qwe@your_domain.com
