Pls help me! Using 2 network cards

Hi folks! Could you help me, please, in a quite delicate issue? I've got a computer with 2 network adapters and a Windows98 SE operating system. I don't know how to configure the network in order to be able to simultaneously access the two computers that I'm linked to, and those computers to be able to access each other. Which protocols should I install and how should I configure them? I've heard something about bridge connections but I don't know how to do it in windows98.
Please help! Tnx a lot.
