Pls, help: ATi Rage Mobility M chip marking

Hi, everyone!

Could anybody help me with the ATi Rage Mobility M chip marking? If someone has such a chip or, may be, a Mobility-based video on a motherboard within his notebook (Lifebook or Thinkpad), please read a chip marking and write it down here, if possible.
