Plotting Zero Value in Crystal Reports Xi charts

I need to display about 10 groups on a Crystal Report bar chart, and all 10 groups are identified by the customer. However, this data is shown on the chart without incident IF a value is present, but my problem is that 1 or 2 of these groups may not have any records present in the database, hence they do not show up on the chart.

How can I always get the 10 individual groups to display, even IF they have no data. I need that group to show with a zero value in this case, along with the others.
